What is the saree fall service price?
Standard saree fall service is ₹199 per saree and takes 2–3 working days.
Is fall material included?
Yes. Fall material is included in the ₹199 standard price. If you provide your own fall, the standard price is ₹169 per saree.
Do you offer urgent service?
Yes. Next-day service costs ₹299 per saree and same-day service costs ₹499 per saree, subject to available slots.
Who arranges pickup and delivery?
The customer must independently book and pay Porter for both pickup and return delivery.
Are you responsible for the saree during transit?
No. We are not responsible for any delay, loss or damage caused while the saree is with Porter or another delivery partner.
Should I book Porter before contacting you?
No. Contact us first on WhatsApp or call to confirm the service slot and obtain the correct pickup address.
What is the payment and refund policy?
Full advance payment by UPI confirms the booking. Payment is verified before work starts. Once stitching begins, the service payment is non-refundable. Urgent slots must be confirmed before payment.
